How do I book my child a place?
► Before a child starts, parents are asked to complete and sign a confidential registration form. Available sessions and places should be discussed in advance with pre-school leader Delia Prior.
► Parents/guardians are able to make an appointment to look around and meet the staff during one of our daily sessions. (Please contact the pre-school to arrange a visit.)
How do I pay for the sessions?
► Invoices are issued in advance every half term and are payable by cheque on or before due date. There is a 10% charge for late payments for the first week, additional 10% fee for second week, then service will be withdrawn from the child. Please note that our late/non collection policy states that the person collecting needs to notify the pre-school if they are going to be late as charges can be incurred. Session fees can be found on our Home page.
► Until your child is eligible for Government Funding, payment of fees is your responsibility. Funding starts from the term after their 3rd birthday. You will then be asked to complete a form that enables the funding to be paid directly to the pre-school. Please ask us for more information on funding.
Can I book extra sessions?
► Available sessions and places should be discussed with our pre-school leader and paid for in advance.
What do I do if my child cannot attend a session or lunch club at pre-school?
► Inform the pre-school
► If your child has an illness we respectfully request that the child does not return until fully fit.
What should my child wear?
► There is an optional uniform available and normally held in stock.

Pettiward Hall
The Pettiward Hall was built by the Pettiward family c.1907 and became Great Finborough’s village hall in 1936. It occupies a prominent position in the village at the junction of the B1115 (High Road) and Valley Lane (postcode IP14 3AE).
For the past twenty years the hall has provided a wonderful, creative area for the Great Finborough & Buxhall Under 5’s pre-school.
